You will engage with your top five values in life and develop a decisive strategy for reaching your goals.

Assert Yourself Intensive

If you are struggling to be heard or need skills to nail that next public speaking engagement, this Intensive has been designed for you. It is important to address these issues early as a flow on effect from acting passively can be a loss of confidence and self-esteem. This Intensive will help you to be more assertive, improve your confidence, and boost your self-worth.

You will learn the three common communication spoilers, the key six assertiveness skills, and how to be a better negotiator.

Relax and Unwind Intensive

Finding the right work-life balance for you can be a struggle. Over time stress can build up and start to impact your health and wellbeing. This Intensive provides you with specific relaxation skills and techniques, and helps you to find balance in your busy life.

You will learn five key relaxation strategies and we will teach you the benefits of mindfulness.

Sleep Better Intensive

A good night sleep is important for your health, mood, and ability to concentrate and attend at work. This intensive will guide you in developing a tailored plan to improve your sleep habits.

You will learn the four major factors that contribute to a lack of quality sleep, and the five tools that will help you to sleep better.
